Contact & Directions Directions: The Nutrition Center and CHP Nutrition Services at 94 West Avenue are on the corner of West Avenue and the back driveway to the parking lot for Fairview Hospital. It is a grey building with a red front door. Parking for The Nutrition Center is off the back driveway to Fairview, (NOT WEST AVE). Please enter through the red front door, facing West Ave. Click for map. From North Main Street/Route 7/Downtown Great Barrington: Turn Right at stoplight onto Taconic Avenue, just before Bill’s Pharmacy. Turn Left onto West Avenue. Continue on approximately 1/5 mile to turn Right onto the back road/driveway to the parking lot of Fairview Hospital (road sign marked “H”). Take this Right and take next Left turn, into the parking lot for The Nutrition Center. Please enter through the red front door, facing West Ave. From South Main Street/ Route 7/Route 23/41/Maple Ave: West Avenue is located on the Left (if you are driving from Egremont) between The Shopper’s Guide office and MACONY off of Route 23/41/Maple Ave. Turn onto West Ave., and in approximately 1/3 mile, look for The Nutrition Center – a grey building with a red front door - on your Left. Make a Left onto the back road/driveway of Fairview Hospital and turn Left into 94 West Ave.’s parking lot. Please enter through the red front door, facing West Ave. |
